Hi Fran_Kane,

Please check out the expansion feature on v0.3.
Now you can decide what to colonize.
In addition, I also fixed the issue with the war plan panel.
Moving fleets or strikecrafts are now available by selecting rally points.

Actually I'm also thinking about the same thing today.

v0.2 is majorly focus on the resource balance, but I will add more functions in v0.3 for players to make decisions on prioritizing the expansion.

I've also fixed some huge font and overlap problems in v0.2.
