I got super absorbed finding all the endings to this. Loved the little touches like the utensils in the menus and how expressive and varied the host's sprites are.

Ahh, thank you for playing another one of my titles, I'm so glad you enjoyed it and were moved by it (despite the heartbreak)! ;v; I (and my team members) definitely got emotional while working on it too haha.

In all seriousness I'm sorry you've had a Hell year. I'm sorry that everything fucking sucks. It feels twisted to say "I'm glad you're still here" when I spend a lot of time wishing I Was Not Here, but I really, truly am.

I can't offer any practical words because I am a living embodiment of not having a reason to exist outside my work, and everything that affects the latter impacts the former. But I want there to be a version of you that is happy and able to exist comfortably and do the things you want to do, and hope that the world lets you become that version of you sooner than later.

I will note that when looking through the drawer, the "why" the knight is referring to has to do with what they just learned from reading those papers. It's been a bit since I wrote it though, so I'll definitely go and see if I wasn't being clear enough!
