It's not a gpu problem, we're talking about main menu with parallax effect. CoD:MW1 uses gpu for rendering, but casualties: unknown... I don't khow for what. Mining ? idk. Dudes, if you play on RTX GPU in rougelike games and dont see a perfomance problem it's not mean that game hasn't it. 

I have only a one question: Why my GTX 460 from 2010 loaded at 100% in main menu? I'm playing metro 2033 and CoD:MW2 on medium on fullHD 60FPS, but your 2D Demo showing me that. Try better okay?
