exactly what i needed, now i can vibe with skid, pump, goku and their mom while waiting lol

I've been playing for a while, and last week i opened the game and it started keeping a constant 4 frames at all times, to the point where i can barely get past the title screen. It had never done this before, until last week when it started happening. I've re-downloaded it twice, tried FPS mods and whatever else and yet it still wont work, so is there any fix to this or am i just screwed?

I can't play the game because the screen cuts off on the right and i don't see any option to turn off fullscreen
