Absolutely love this game. The writing, the art, the music... it all just hits so well... but tbh I think what I'm most impressed with is the amount of content, quality, and variety you managed to pull from just a few elements.

Like, there are just enough locations to keep things fresh while not requiring a ton of art and design, there are only a few different character options but they're all written so well so I never feel bored, and despite the basic structure repeating every time you play again, EVERY RUN IS ACTUALLY DIFFERENT AND THERE'S LIKE A REAL, FULLY-DEVELOPED ONGOING PLOT?! This might just be me, but I am delighted whenever a game remembers what I've done or keeps a throughline between runs (shoutout Hades) and y'all totally pulled that off here.

If you happen to read this, I'd LOVE to hear about your development process for planning out the different routes and figuring out how to scope everything so well; as a fellow game dev I am already taking so much inspiration from this project. Even the little things like voice acting short barks for each character instead of just having text, or showing highlights from the other team's date makes it feel like this game had a ton of care & thoughtfulness put into it.

And as for anyone who's trying to decide whether to buy this game.... DO IT.

NOW.

Nice! I realize I probably should've added a tracker to tell you how many days you've survived
