I'm really impressed by how legible this is

Thanks for playing and leaving feedback!

Thanks for playing! I’ll try to fix the bugs at some point in the future

Thank you!

Cool game. Got fired from all my jobs, but at least the letter of dismissal was funny.

Great game! It’s very funny and relatable. I wish the font size was just a liiiitle bit bigger though.

This game was very funny and had good art. It reminds me of There Is No Game. I’m so glad I got to play GTG6 for 6 whole seconds!

This is actually one of the best games I’ve played this jam! The movement of the player is very smooth, the bosses have fun attack patterns, and it’s funny how exasperated the narrator was with me (I failed many, many times). Though I agree with the other people that it would be nice to have an option to skip the narrator on the death screen.

This was a very enjoyable and motivating game! The art was very good and the minigames were fun.

Thanks for playing! Don’t worry, you’re not bad, there are a lot of people who found the game difficult. I was afraid of it being too easy but apparently I overcompensated in the other direction lol

Great game! Being able to move the camera up and down was super helpful, I wish more platformers had that feature.

lol, this game was pretty funny.

Great game! I liked the variety of different types of attacks

Very cool game. The movement was tricky to get the hang of at first, but was fun once I got used to it.

Fun game! Τhe UI is kinda messy, but it’s a pretty solid game other than that. Good job on this!

Great game! Your interpretation of the theme is unique and very funny.

Very challenging and fun game. I sucked at it but still had fun.

I don’t really play clicker games, but I liked the creativity and variety of things to click on.

Very fun! It’s impressive that you were able to make this in 10 days! I’ve never played this type of game before, so the tutorial was helpful.

Cool game. I like the inspirational message.

Fun game, and surprisingly difficult. Bonus points because squirrels.

This is an extremely well made game! The graphics are good, and climbing is a lot of fun!

Great game! I liked the puzzles and the music. One suggestion: If the player fails, let them undo their last move instead of completely restarting the level. It was frustrating to have to completely redo the level just because I was facing the wrong way when I pressed space.

Fun game! I like the aesthetic.

Neat game! I like how there are different minigames for different stages of life. However, I think the player needs to move a bit faster in the one where you collect falling pizzas, because I feel like it’s not possible to collect the ones that spawn on the edge of the screen.

That was a fun and challenging game! I liked the way you interpreted the theme!

The concept is very relatable, and sort of reminds me of the concept of my game, which is about opening Godot without procrastinating. I’m sure this could end up being an interesting game if you keep working on it. Good luck!

Nice game. The story you wrote is pretty interesting. I like the gameplay too even though I have bad aim.

Simple but very fun game! Good job!

Very fun! I liked the variety of minigames and your very literal interpretation of the theme lol.

Thanks for playing! I’ll go play yours right now

Thanks for leaving all this feedback! I might or might not try to fix some bugs after this jam ends.

-Do you remember if there’s anything in particular you did (like interacting with a certain object) that crashed the game? It’s fine if you don’t, I can figure it out myself. But it seems like the first level worked for other people.

-Sorry about the difficulty. I was afraid of the game being too easy so I guess I overcompensated in the other direction lol. I’ll try to find a better balance in future jams.

-It’s true that some things are too small. The Xs should definitely have been bigger. It’s my fault for being too lazy to remake their sprite ig.

-You’re completely right about the background! I remember thinking to myself as I was making it “When you put this in Godot, don’t forget to modulate it so it looks duller”. Aaaaand when I put it in Godot, I completely forgot to modulate it.

Once again, thank you for leaving so much valuable feedback. Good luck with your game too!

Thanks for your feedback! There is a way to recharge the dash: there’s a pickup that’s gray with a yellow symbol on it. It’s supposed to look like a charger but I’m not very good at pixel art. Your other feedback is true though, I will try to improve at balancing next time.

Thanks for playing! Sorry about the disclaimers, I was extremely sleep-deprived when I put them in. I realized in retrospect that they were probably a bad idea. Well, I’m glad that you enjoyed the game anyway!
