• The game crashes, freezes, or remains on a black screen. • Your character or menus stop responding. • A required event, scene, or battle does not begin or finish. • The game enters an unavoidable loop. • A missing-file message or other error prevents progress. • Saving or loading permanently blocks your playthrough. • Continuing requires restarting the game or returning to an earlier save.

Before reporting:
• Extract the entire ZIP before launching Game.exe. • Confirm that you are playing the latest available version. • Restart the game once to see whether the problem happens again.
