How do I get the 4 endings? So far I got 3 and no matter what I do, I can't get the last one.. 

I already got the one where the two lose contact and disappear, the one where Cooper faints and they return to the van and the one where they abort the mission when they can't find the password.

my game glitched after she went to the gallery and it keeps going back to the same screen. i dont think this was supposed to happen (?)
