This is a really cute game! i love the abilities they are all so unique, maybe except the one that just shoots but i love the bubble!!!!! very simple but very fun!!! i love the visual style and the art its very cute

very cool game! i am very bad at typing so i got killed at jeffroy but ill definitely try this again, it feels very satisfying to type words and i like the upgrades there are! i never really dodged since my brain couldnt handle it so my strat was to spam ults (the attack one and heal one) while also spamming the heal 80% heal every upgrade after the first like 3, and hope i type fast enough for the boss to die before i do ,anyways very fun game!
I LOVE THE ART AND CUTSCENES IN THIS GAME WTF HOW DID YOU HAVE THE TIME TO HAVE VOICE ACTING!!!!!!!, THE FRICKING DBZ DEFEAT CUTSCENE OF WILDCARD WAS AAA, the combat system was really cool too!, i love superbuffing one creature!!!!! honestly i dont have any complaints i really like this (also yuri??? :3)
I really like the art and animations! its whole vibe is great, the whole retro handheld vibe works well, though my sword doesnt seem to do anything and the movement feels a bit janky, like i would suddenly stop for no reason, other than that is a really cool game! the story and concept are also awesome
Really fun!, liked the effects on enemy death, and having a currency upgrade thing is very cool! even if i didnt use them,i liked the stealth mechanics even tho i usually brute force the thing, makes it a bit more hectic which i find very fun!, i like the art the story was nice and cool! great game!
This one is cute!, i find it very funny that the starting cutscene starts of with the ms paint drawing style, but all the characther portraits etc looks VERY GOOD!!!, i like the player sprite and it felt very fun to play, though i think the consistency in artstyle between the bg, enemies and the player could be improved , and more places to recharge mana, i didnt have much of a problem with it, i just backtracked to a previous section of enemies for more, but i could see that being kinda annoying, but nevertheless i really like this game!, the characthers are cute and its fun! ,for a jam game this is really good!!!!!!!!
I really like the art, the dialogue is charming and the whole game just has a cute vibe, the bullethell gameplay was cool but i do wish it had a bit more OOMPH to it, a bit more vfx, some more feedback in getting hit, not overdo it of course but it would be cool, and yeah a couple of the other comments have said it does feel quite slow but it is still extremely charming!
VERY COOL GAME!, the amount of effort put into this is staggering, theres a lot of art cutscenes, the music the animations, all amazing, i really like the gameplay, its simple but really good, i like how everything feels except maybe the keybinds they feel weird but other than that it feels really good!, i love the vinewall boss thing, jam games arent usually the type to require effort but this boss required me to actually think and i really like it!!!, only complaints are that:
keybinds are kinda weird(not a problem with the game moreso a problem with me), the enemies outlines width is a bit inconsistent, like the players outlines is way smaller then all the enemies outlines and there not being a save system, tho this is more a thing with jam time constraints.
anyways EXTREMELY impressive for a month, amazing game
Really liked the game!, the art was cool and i do love moving so fast, though i think the attack stopping you doesnt work well with the quicknes,s i think making not stop you + making you invincible for a few frames would make it better, make it so instead of methodically stopping in a speed game you have to time your button presses right to utterly demolish your enemies, other than that cool game!
i like the art! the character designs were cool, and the music was cool too. it’s a very solid entry, but i do have to be honest and say i dislike the gameplay mostly the combat.
right now there’s no real strategy except pressing one button and winning. there’s no reason not to spam your points into physical attack because magic doesn’t really scale with the points. after spending 2 points, your physical just becomes a better magic attack with no mana cost. there’s also kinda no reason to use shield or healing putting all your points into physical attacks lets you oneshot/twoshot the entire game.
so my feedback is: show the enemy HP, and make every enemy more unique. like, give them more varied attacks, passives, and make their attacks inflict debuffs or other things you need to work around. instead of just the 4 options the player has, let them collect different attacks that do different things, like inflicting statuses, etc. because right now i don’t think the combat is very interesting, and none of the attacks really have any impact. i think as the game goes on it needs to get more complex, and that it isn’t just about damage scaling, it needs more complexity and strategy, and there isn’t really much strategy right now. it just keeps repeating the same enemy over and over again, and thats fine but for that to work i think something needs to change, like the player or the music track, the puzzles were cool though, i liked them! most of my frustration was that i accidentally clicked the scroll wheel, which catapulted me to a previous part of the stage and made me lose a lot of progress anyways, i’m sorry that this review is so harsh. i do want to say that i REALLY liked this game, and that’s why i’m going on and on about my issues with the combat system. the story was good and the art was really cool, the characthers are charming theres alot of effort put into this game, cool game!
Pretty cool game!, while the game is clearly unfinished rn i do really like the modesl and the textures, the gradients on the textures are really cool, though the web version was REALLY laggy for me for some reason?, maybe its just a me problem but thats yea, this could turn out really cool if expanded upon more
The dash direction post qte is depended on the direction to the mouse or your movement direction, it was in the tutorial, the time between the qte is also the time you have to aim your next dash!, theres also a QTE speed setting in the settings, it was in the tutorial but tbh i dont think anybody read it :(
the tileset and decals clash a bit, and they look really stretched, i liked how the blob looks tho but i think the games visual would be better if it had a more consistent artstyle throughout,though this isnt really an art round so it doesnt really matter it was pretty funny and quite fun tho, the qtes were unique and cool!, i do think it fits the "multifunctional" bills even tho im kinda really bad at judging what that means!, cool game
