Si puedes, tienes la opción de ya sea pasar tus saves a un archivo (boton "to file" en la pantalla de cargar partida), y cuando tengas la version nueva, le das al otro boton y selecciones el archivo, se habran cargado tus partidas anteriores; O en algunas ocasiones ya las detectara en automatico al darle a "load game" o cargar partida.
