No way, flies are the easiest to stick slap. You are supposed to bait them into chasing you (like with all enemies) then when they have flown down to your chest/head level you can easily smack them.

If you want to improve localization you could dump all game text to a .json file,  it will allow easy translation via deepL or other APIs, like ChatGPT.
