There's been no mention of getting a Steam key, so I assume you'd have to buy it again on that platform

Comfy.  Kara seems cool

Hype!

Agreed

👀

Cool concept, bought the game and am looking forward to future chapters.  I like what I'm seeing so far.

Nice one Andrew, we are rooting for you!

Some early feedback, please feel free to ignore if not useful:

  • Really like the voice over mechanic
  • Really like the music and ambiance
  • ESC immediately closing the game caused me to exit by accident, would prefer a menu or some "are you sure?" confirmation
  • Jumping "feels" pretty bad, not sure how to describe.  It's like the player doesn't stay in the air very long, or falls too quickly.  The sound the player makes when hitting the ground is a bit weird and loud
  • Also with the right timing it's possible to bunny hop and reach high speeds, it's fun at the large pool but also kinda immersion breaking
  • Because of above two points, maybe jumping could be tweaked, or removed altogether to go full walking sim mode?
  • If you enter the water with running start (bunnyhop), you keep the speed while swimming.  Feels weird because once the player changes direction they lose the speed and can't regain it while swimming
  • Trying to open locked doors feels kinda bad, the handle stays in a weird position.  Having it jiggle around with a sound effect and return to the neutral position would be cool.  Or having doors open into small storage rooms or something
  • In the first hallway after large pool room, the doors on each side glitch out, the wall behind them is poking through.  Maybe they are too close to the wall and it's clipping?
  • In the big pool room, it should be possible to lift yourself out of the water when at the edge of the pool.  It feels weird when the character isn't able to do something that's pretty easy in real life.  Alternately if the water level in the pool is low and the character can't reach up to pull himself up, that might also work?
  • In the room with big pool, got stuck for a while on the diving board not knowing to press use on the gears.  If an item isn't something obviously usable like a switch or a door, maybe there's some way to make the interatable object stick out?  Like a safety warning sign on the diving board structure saying "do not adjust diving board while on platform", or making the gear a different colour or texture than the rest of the structure as a hint
