Does anybody have a walkthrough on the quest "the best lube money can buy"? This uodate surprised me when it's already on part 3. I'm not sure if I ever did the first two quests. I'd greatly appreciate it if anyone can point me to how to start this quest from the beginning

Okay so I still can't trigger the 'Scouting Mission' from the latest update. I don't know why. In case I've missed it, can someone refresh me when and how do I get the 'Exiled' talk from Roushk. I might've missed that or something.

The gift option for Everett and yes, I have finished the conspiracy. I haven't tried roaming the district at night tho.

I assumed I had to get a quest from Dulrig regarding a package to unlock Everett's gift option. 

I've finished every quest from him. All I keep getting from him is the equipment remains quest

Help! Where do I get Dulrig's package so I can finally give gifts to Everett?
