Sorry about the lag, the isssue is  that in the options menu the graphics default to the highest possible quality and it shows up as if its on low to fix it you would have to reapply the settings in the options menu so it would set the graphics to low.

Sorry to hear about the performance issues, i didnt get a chance to optimize it since i ran out of time.

Edit: ok i found the issue when the game ships the graphics level is unapplied  basicly the game ran  with evrything near max quality like shadows and foilage

I would recommend  since the bullets you are using are being affected by gravity  to allow the player to move their camera up and down because its very limiting and requires the player to get closs to the enemys. Also their were still some debug print strings in the game  other then that the visuals were great and the music was good.

Hey i wasnt able to run the game i could'nt find a .exe  or anything else to run it
