You might try googling this issue, and wording it a few different ways- I had a similar problem in FS22 and it ended up being an XML issue for me that was as simple as finding the camera related line and readjusting it. I just don't remember the actual text to the line or whether I adjusted by removing a negative(-) from a number or what.. Good luck
