Unfortunately I don't think we're going to expand this one. This is my third ever game and our other team members are not extremely advanced coders either, although they do have more experience than me. So this particular project will not be continued, but we may make something similar once we've had more experience, because it is a more advanced comcept. Thanks for playing!

Thank you! Did you end of completing the game?

Outpost Express is supposed to be hard, but I suppose the map design could've been better. The hit and transition sounds are supposed to be surprising because it is a borderline horror game. The knockback is set a little too high on my end so I'll see if I can fix that for the future!

Anyway thanks for playing!

Thank you!! An update will be published soon!

Quite a usefull tool! If you're wondering, it does work on mobile

So funnnn! I got to 44

Honestly fun game, I never made it very far bc either it's too hard, or I'm just not a TD guy XD

I really loved the music and artstyle, but I did notice that the music did not loop (which is an issue I had in my game too, dw) The gameplay felt a little out of balance and could've used a bit better of a tutorial, but overall was easy to understand and fun to play!

Great job and I hope to see more of your games in future jams!

Aaah thank you for playing! I'm a very aesthetics driven developer, so I'm glad you noticed!

Interesting game, I really like the sprites, they're so goofy! I got 68 points.

Awesome! I sent you a fr from EeebsieKat

You're music is really pretty btw!

I'd love to work with you! The composer I normally work with is currently busy, so I was looking for another, checking itch payed off after all! I don't want anyone that wants to participate in the jam to be left out! Do you have a Discord account I can message you on? Or an email?

You were able to go through the gate? That's what the end is for now.

Thank you for playing! All the things you pointed out are thing we'll be fixing in the full release! As for the background music, I added that 5 mins before the jam ended, so I overlooked some stuff! Did you make it all the way to Dynamite Shrimp?

Thank you for playing! This was actually my first ever game that I've finished, and I do plan on polishing this once the jam is over! The rock issue is a bug yes, and you were supposed to be able to talk to the sharks gaurding the gate. And the tutorial isnt quite clear enough, but I'll definitely revisit those areas!

This pack is awesome! I would say adding some NPCs in the same artstyle (or more characters) would be aweosme! Some more tools such as a lantern or a sword or staff would also be cool! Also maybe some snow footprints in the 4 directions (oh and maybe make the characters 8 directional) I will 100% use this in an upcoming jam, probably Macrow's Cozy Winter Jam!

I am also planning to continue this outside of the jam!

I was kinda rushing at the end and broke both the berries from bein able to gwt watered and th rocks from dropping anything, amd the tutorial should be the first button on the main menu, just the hit the frog saying HEY with your fork, and he'll show you the basics!

Of course! :D

Awesome base! I used these for 3 of my sprites in my game for the Chili Code Jam #4! https://itch.io/jam/-chili-code-jam-4/rate/4156612

Absolutely awesome pack! I used the spring crops in my game for the Chili Code Jam #4! https://itch.io/jam/-chili-code-jam-4/rate/4156612

That's actually so funny, I posted this and then immediately got a diamond lol

Absolutely awesome game! I will say though that I have not come across a single diamond to mine yet, and I'm at nearly 15k blocks mined. It's making it quite hard to get the lvl 4 gold pickaxe. All the diamonds I've gotren so far have been through the merchant. Not sure if thats a bug or a patience issue though :P Still a really fun and captivating game, love to see where this goes next!
