Visually I think the game was neat looking and it fit the theme well.
Would have been nice to see how you acctually craft each part as it's confusing what craft what at first glance.

I understood that crafting the repair parts and the fuel parts where important but not sure how many I needed.

Also the E button does nothing, you need to hold left mouse button near the stones to mine ore's.

Solid for your guys first game jam and good luck with your guys next one.

Really cool game.

Visually apealing, the controls felt crisp and clean.

Not sure what else to say.

Good luck with your next projects!

I would say this is a good first try at a game.

I will say that it's confusing that the game has german and english language in it as I was unsure what the goal of the game was at first.

Not sure if it's my PC but the game starts to lag really hard after restarting the game once (I played browser version, could be that the game is not meant for browser).

The core mechanic of jumping around felt really clunky. Aiming where you wanted to traverse was hard.

Visually it's fine for the simplicity of the game, would have liked to see some more juice in this kind of game, vfx for hitting the walls + sound, vfx for hitting collectibles so on.

I will wish you good luck with your next project.

This game was an interesting experience.

Not sure how much I can comment on the story but I felt it was fine what it was.

The music (specially the ending part was good).

The sound effects where fine for the most part, the walking sound effect was really annoying to listen to through out the game.

I liked the visuals, fitted into the theme well and made sense with everything involving with the game.

Gameplaywise it was fine, only thing is that the hitboxes where really annoying to deal with and frutstrated me a ton, specially when it came to dodging enemies.

I also wished the invisibility frames for the character made you acctually able to walk through enemies as of right now you can stun locked into a corner and auto lose pretty easly (specially with the enemies having fucked up hit-boxes).

Overall I a solid fun little game with some frustrating parts in it.

Interesting game.

I played through the webpage and the only bug that felt like a bug was that I was randomly killed by some invisible thing (I had the flashlight on).

I liked the art for the game. Fit the theme of the jam well. Would have liked more animations with the enemies as they felt kinda static in the game world.

Many of the static enemies fellt pointless, specifically the eye stalks and the mouths.

I liked the sanity mechanic and that you could turn of your lights to avoid losing it while fighting enemies.

Wished there was some kind of ranged enemy you could fight as the most enemies just ran towards you with different speed.

Gameplay was fun.

Liked the vfx for destroying the viruses in the game.

Wish there was the sound impact for destroying the viruses where a little bit louder.

I did not understand what the DNA powerups did or why you where supposed to collect them.

Also wished there was some kind of highscore board for the amount of viruses you killed.

Overwall pretty neat and interesting gameplay loop. With some more polish I think it could be a pretty fun arcade phone game. Try to get a finished product there and see how it goes.

The texture's looked well, wished there was something in the background instead of the infinity void.
The Controls feelt clunky and stiff to play with.

I did not finish the game (got to the fourth puzzle). I got to frustrated with the fourth puzzle because of the controls.

The puzzles where fine, the one where you had to walk over specific symbols was confusing at first. Wish the UI element highlighted when you walked over them to better indicate which ones you have walked over. Would have also been nice if the exit for that level was highlighted in some way.

I will say it's a good first project you guys have made so dont feel discouraged with my feedback about the game.

(1 edit)

Hi, if anyone played the game before the date: 11/18/2022. The game is now fixed and can be played as intended. Sorry for late solving of the issues.

Thank you! Any feedback you would like to give?
