Hi! I'm really interested in the jam, since I’m planning to release an ashcan version of a game I’ve been actively working on for some time this November. I’m honestly a bit scared about putting it out there, and I keep delaying it — the jam feels like a great opportunity to finally do it.
I had a couple of questions about the jam itself. I tried joining the Discord channel, but it seems the link is no longer working. Could you share an updated one?

Thanks in advance!

Hi! I'm venturing into a new campaign with the game but i have some concerns and doubts.

lets put as an examle, the Cintamani Bearer. It is composed of, roughly, 4 stories and 5 Quest Sets.

First question: The way i understood this was that every Story should be paired by 1 of this Quest Sets. Is this correct, or should every Story have several Quest Sets in use? I read this on another place and it confused me.

For the second question, first, some context: One of the main concerns i have is that this game feels, at first glance, so rail-roady. You have your stories and quest sets, and you already know by reading where is heading. Yes, you will have to play, fill the gaps, answer the questions by doing things. But you know you have this 4-acts story with this 5 quest sets that you will organize as you please and it feels like there is no margin to wonder and surprise, you just play a scripted character with little margin to improvise and surprise yourself and the table.

So, second question: Is it possible to create new Stories by adapting to the events ocurred in game? Like a middle-term between taking a fully pregenerated character and creating a new one from scratch. For example, starting with the first story as a "Bang", and then collaboratively working on the next Story, depending on where the story leads us, and then creating its 3 new questions (and the 4th one using the Quest Sets given). I dont really know if this breaks the experience. Or maybe i'm not understanding how it works.

Sorry in advance if i'm mistaken or didnt understand the concepts, it's all pretty new to me, i play mostly pbta/forged in the dark/OSR games, and i've never played with a system like this,

Thanks!

Hi! Awesome game, truly. So flavorful and the worlds created are really inspiring. Great work!

I'm getting ready for the Chapter 2 (We decided to play it in 2 sessions, first was Chapter 1). and i have a doubt regarding solving the Challenges with Wisdom. Can this be a group effort, or it's only one person discarding enough cards to solve a Challenge?

Thank you for the game!
