Very fun game ^^ Could use some fine tuning near the end, but I really enjoyed the variety of upgrades and the sounds, petting mechanic, the conveyors etc. were really nice touches. The game feels very interactive. Other than some more upgrades near the end (if you plan on keeping the 1b retire goal), I have a couple more comments for polish ^^

1. Maybe have a clear definition of our goal near the start of the game, not a big thing, but it helps understand what the player is doing.

2. There should be a bit more of a clear indicator, "feed your chickens or they perish". It was funny when it accidentally happened, and I felt bad for the little guys after my moments of confusion. Again, not huge, just mildly helpful for the overall experience.

3. If you plan on a longer game, some use for our big magnet in the late game might be fun. Probably should be a "do this for extra profits!" thing rather than something you have to do constantly, because part of the incremental experience IS automating. I just enjoy having the option to use the starting mechanics sometimes.

Overall, you did great! ^^ The end screen was very fun as well.

Hello! I played the game for a couple hours today on the itch windows client (downloaded it) and I gotta say I really am enjoying myself ^^ However, I just came back to it and after downloading the latest update I have two problems.

1) Even though I saved and quit, my progress seems to have fully been reset.

2) In the tutorial, it seems like the game forgets to draw my hand and I'm stuck on the tip to click on a card to play it.

Hope you can fix the bugs and maybe return the save file, if possible. Thanks a bunch!

Edit: I can't believe I missed the big CAPS ASTRAL EMBERS AT 42 warning oops

Follow up: I'm clearing the endings, and I noticed that after getting level 40, I don't seem to get the extra Astral Embers, I am stuck at 42 and have been there for a while. Once again, mentioning it cause I'm not sure if it's a bug or intended!

Incredible game genuinely! Really enjoying it. However, I'm a little stuck, and it might just be me refusing to cash in the Astral Embers, but I have and just wanting to beat the Hungering Flesh. If it helps I am playing with Challenge Mode on.

So the problem is in Corrosion, and either I'm missing something or there might be a small error in the code! From my understanding, it should act as Exsanguination but better, since it can scale up with Poison damage on top of the base 1%/sec. But in practice, it seems to be unable to outpace the healing of the enemy which is just 3 stacks of 1%/sec healing, and only starts dealing damage at about 9 stacks of it (from my understanding this should happen at 4).

Also! When combined with Exsang. it only needs about 3 stacks of Exsang and Corrosion each to start dealing damage. So the possible error in the code I mentioned earlier might be in the damage calculation of Corrosion, maybe it's even using the Poison damage or something else.

Great game! Loving it so far! Also I might have just misunderstood the mechanic, just wanted to give some feedback in case it IS a bug ^^

Hi! I really like the gameplay loop of the game, it's very fun! But I am incredibly confused with the Pirate enemy. They seem to just be immune to damage?

Hi! The game looks genuinely incredible, but before even playing I have a huge problem. I don't own a gamepad, so I used mouse and keyboard. Thing is, the cursor (red dot) and my actual mouse position are out of sync. I can provide more details but I'm playing on windows 10, on a 1600x900 monitor.
