Disable battery saver

Click one of your sticks in to enable a laser pointer to select what you want to click

Turn off battery saver mode

It should be in your system settings under "power"

For those who just get a black screen on meta quest 2, I think I figured out ur issue. Try disabling battery saver if it's on. I had a black screen too until I disabled battery saver. I'm not entirely sure if that's what fixed it but that's how I got it working, so it might be worth a try.
