would be good to make 27 brothers limit mod, because 18-limit mod allows only to bigger compay in battle

Hello VisiStudios. Maybe my request will be crazy but it will be good to give ALL humans "Recovery" perk. Logically it's so stupid when you have to spend a Whole perk point to teach a man to breathe! That's an absurd and that's quitely unfairly when you give your brothers 1 extra perk with save editor when enemies still the same!
