It also have conflict with the Judith Montana by DJ Modding - when enabled, the map run with 8-9 fps. For example on Alma Missouri there are no issues. Idk what could cause that problem.
All of your mods are shitty converts done and released without permissions. This isn't how you start modding! Putting a shader and calling it a day isn't modding...

As i figured... There are couple of "modders" that started releasing converts left and right (with or without permissions) and none of them made the effort to properly convert the mod with the new material system... Everybody can swap a vehicleShader..
