After playing for a while I have the exact same gripe.
- The sum of 'mines' in adjacent cells isn't displayed in the same position for unrevealed and revealed cells.
- The amount of mines of the cell (or the player's guess) is also not displayed in the same position for unrevealed and revealed cells.
- As a quick try-out, keeping the information in the same place feels more intuitive to me.
