Flavia is old neighbour of MC. Who appeared later in a few renders. It is not LI. All this means is that you haven't played the game or read the dialogues.
Maybe I don't understand all these concepts ntr, LI etc very well. But in the start of the game - father had sex with Flavia his neighbour. What were explained in dialogues/scenes in the game. It was big misunderstanding - what launched game events. And LI how you called her - did not have sex to anyone for now.
