where was your roadblock in the game when it came to the controls? the title screen, menus, character select screen or the actual fight? because I've tested on 3 computers and it controls just fine.
that's a weird issue because I've tested it on two devices and the arrow keys to navigate through menus/moving the characters work just fine on my end
tho keep in mind by default, the arrow keys are for player 2, player 1 uses WASD, tho both can be changed in the pause screen or the options menu, and both WASD and arrow keys work (by default) when navigating through menus
