In prologue part 1, after the suit guy bumps into you, go to block A and click on boone to talk to zoey. After doing ellen's story for a bit, talk to zoey again in prologue part 2.
I am stuck on the manager quest and it wants me to talk to grimm but all options, except for "im done", are locked and wants me to get to step 6 of the strong and soft quest
