I also want to say, I've been having a blast playing through so far. 

I've interacted with the key in the present, causing it to crumble, and I can't get to the wood due to there being a door in the way. When interacting with it, nana remarks about blowing it open, and then luca says to not do so and to look for the key.

I'm trying to get the world fragment from the western ruined castle - the one with the time portals - but I can't figure it out.

I've fixed the chimney, and i need to get the key in the past. However, the only way I can think of to get the key is by using the second floor time portal, since I can't go up in the past directly, and to get to that portal, I need to jump down from the third floor (I'm assuming that's what the sparkles are), and in order to get to that hole, I need... a key. 

Am I missing something?

Main complaint is that there isn't a way - as far as i can tell - to speed up text, and it's quite slow. It feels like i have to make a choice between reading what it has to say and actually getting to play the game. Which is a shame, because the writing and gameplay are both good!

Rune of death does not work properly. it gives you blast seed rune when entering the dungeon and softlocks the game if acquired during the dungeon via deals.

The replays are, best I can tell, a set of inputs or orders for the game rather than an actual recording. If you want to upload them, the simplest way is likely to get a screen recorder - like OBS - and record the replays that way.
