To answer your question, go into the inventory and select the portal panties. There is a few options to choose from, but you just need to continue hitting the “take off” button and you’ll get your desired result.

The item that I’m looking for is actually not the “rubber sphere” item sold by the merchant. I think it might be a stand alone item in the open world, like the magic butt plug in the mansion. The only reference I could find, was in the image folder, in which it’s listed under the items. I appreciate you replying to my question.
