A Proper tutorial for getting all of the new characters:

1. Unlock the skeleton  in the shop by crafting the shield and exchanging it.
2. Obtain the jack'o'lantern hat by obtaining both the pumpkin and the shears
(For the next few characters you with need the background that the skeleton unlocked, and to make the characters cum.)
3. Put the  pumpkin hat on the fuckable pumpkin to obtain Spice.
4. Put the pumpkin hat on the sheep to obtain the Cult of the Lamb character
5. Put the pumpkin on the enderman to obtain SCP-1471 (Mal0)
6. Put the pumpkin hat on the Bee to obtain Hornet

Probably around  5 minutes for the entire halloween update, if it's not working  at all after doing all of those steps, you may be bugged

Youhave to put the sheared pumpkin hat on the pumpkin block, turn on the ritual background, and keep going until it busts
