Even though this is a new phone and it was never downloaded before until before I made the post. I did exactly what he asked me to and it didn't change anything.

I think there's something wrong with the Android public build because no matter how much space I free up it still has a problem parsing the package and the reason why I know it's the game is because I've downloaded other Android apks from this site and they worked perfectly fine and were able to install it's just that this is the only one that's having the problem.
