ill be trying your game out now

here's our game - https://itch.io/jam/brainless-game-jam/rate/4781832

got 48, loved how smooth everything felt, retry button looks more like rerry but other than that pretty polished game!

ive been itching to play boingus

had fun playing, spent too long trying to optimize my run lol. few things i liked about the game was the fact that even after getting spotted i could sprint away i totally thought i was dead there. second the movement speed changing after picking up the chip. great first game overall.

would appreciate rating our game if you haven't yet

will be playing your's now!

Yeah it was a good idea to do so cuz i cudnt kill enemies without getting hit

Im impressed that u made this game in 2 weeks time

i love how fluid the game felt, enemies at the start could have come faster , made it to level 8 but died because when u die the velocity is not set to zero so the orb from the tree dint reach me. i especially liked the variety and attacks. would like some feedback on my game too

is there a way to join public servers cuz i dont have people to play with lol

i reallly wanted to complete your game but i simply cannot get past the first part, idk if its something on my end but WASD doesnt seem to be working nor does the dash work, arrow keys work but without dash im unable to get past the dog. Seems to be a fun lil game!

couldnt complete the game due to lag in the web build

i genuinely need to know how u got 630k

loved the game finished it good controls i did feel the initial shootout with the cops was a bit too hard since u had to control aim with wasd but i cheesed it by camping in the top left doorway. i did feel you could have made the interactable objects more visually distinct as i kept bumping into stuff and dint know when i had to shoot obstacles so sometimes i was stuck there until i remembered i could shoot stuff and blindly pressed spacebar.

will be playing your game now.

had fun playing your game

really well made first game, had a bit of bugs with the game mechanics. I felt the health bar could have been a bit bigger/ placed differently as I dint notice it initially. the jump also felt floaty. super cool abilities and progression. i personally liked the art a lot. overall had fun playing.

had lots of fun playing this for a while im a sucker for card games, rating has been done

(1 edit)

the game had quite a bit of a learning curve but that's any card game lol once it clicked though i had so much fun. one problem i did keep running into was the cards i drew flew offscreen and i could not play them. and i don't know if the discard pile was working properly as i could keep more than 5 in the pile without losing the game. i was a slug until i understood every aspect of the game then i got a score of 24. overall, pretty fun game to play. a full screenoption would have been nice since i had to zoom out in browser to be able to see the full game.

rate our game and we'll rate yours! will leave some feedback in the comments.

Your games will be rated by me , seven or Bitter iris

Love the game but I had some trouble with the safe controls which I see other people have already mentioned

Im pretty sure you have already got comments on the controls being unintuitive but other than that great game! I was struggling to figure out how to spin lol i tried everything exept wasd, it is helpful to put the controls in your jam page to make it crystal clear. I liked the spin mechanic
