Excellent idea! I enjoyed the floaty feeling of the balloon. I loved the art style as well. It does feel a little empty sound-wise, I would put some sound effects for the various obstacles getting hurled at the balloon maybe? Maybe play a nice jingle every time the bindings change to give the player a nice sense of progression?

This was fun and got me to stop and think for many of the decisions! The over-rulings kept me on my toes. I do think the amount the budget decreased for spending decisions seemed arbitrary, and I didn't really know how much I would be losing in order for me to fully weigh a decision, but that very well could have been the point
