I have the general outline for the story. However it is not fixed, might expand it more as the story continue and more plot points introduced. As for power system, because I like to over explain stuff in my story sometimes, the power system is definitely a hard system. There's a few rules limiting what people can and can't do with magic. But, I won't make it too complicated as it could potentially be a nightmare for me to maintain both in the story and game wise.
