Really enjoyed this game! Very nice atmosphere, simple but interesting puzzles and just short enough to get through while drinking a coffee!

Though, I sometimes had the feeling that the gems skipped over me? I was sure I would collect them, but then didn't. That was a bit frustrating.

And shouldn't the game end, when I've collected all 15 gems? Or do they respawn?

Ja, es sind noch 1-2 Bugs drin und den End-State haben wir nicht mehr implementiert bekommen. Aber das holen wir sicher noch nach. Du hast aber praktisch alles gesehen ;)

Yeah, I probably didn't disable the button after the first click so you can trigger it multiple times, which messes up the animation ^^

Cool game! Had a little trouble understanding how to use the improved jetpack that uses up the other resource. I guess I have to collect the thing on the left in the dome? Also I think my dome stopped repairing itself at some point and I don't know why.

That's a cool project, no doubt! But there's just something special about Oryx sprites (at least his 16bit and lo-fi stuff). I can't put it in words, but every time I look at his sprite sheets I get so inspired to make games with them!

I get your criticism, but I don't think the spells are at fault. It's not fun to replay the level each time you misstep. Unfortunately retrofitting checkpoints or an undo feature was too much work at the end. I recommend either playing the game on a lower difficulty or really thinking through every step like you would in a game of chess.

Using the (if possible upgraded) freeze spell allows you to decrease their high movement speed so you can decimate them using magic missile and shock.

Yeah, it's a bit of a mess, but thanks for the compliment! I was planning on something very different and had to settle multiple times on something smaller until I got to that point, but then I already had wasted too much time to add random rooms and multiple levels. I might add them later on. I kinda want to see where this can go with a little more effort. Although it's hacked so crudely together, I might just rewrite everything...

Anyways: To corner the ghosts try catching them between the bookshelves. Block both exists and then navigate the characters so the ghost has just 2 spaces to go. Then it will vanish. I'll add a screenshot to make it easier to understand :)


Edit: Okay, right now it's much harder than I intended it to be, oldschool hard. I'll balance it a bit better, when I pick it up again.
