Maybe you don't have sufficient armazenament to run it. Or it just dont fit your phone yet. Check the bit version you downloaded as well, just to make sure you have the correct one! Other than that I can't say what's the problem, sorry.

Maybe you're installing the wrong version? Is your phone 32x or 64 bits? You need to know that so you can install the appropriate version. It can be poor / little armazenament as well.
