Hello, I am not sure. I haven't had anyone else encounter this bug that I know of. What operating system are you using?

Hi! Thank you for the kind words. I don't speak Spanish, but from translating your comment it seems like you are struggling with the first puzzle. There should be a note next to the lockers you can interact with. It should have some numbers in it that may help you progress :)
