I LOVED the cool walk trick, I want to learn how you did that one day!

This was very nice, and I loved the writing!  I enjoyed the music a bunch, especially the lyre tunes, and it was a fun lil slice of life experience!

Heck yes, I'm glad you enjoyed!  I had fun making that coin trick when I learned it was possible, too.
Oh strange, I wonder why the score increased by 1 and not 2, I was pretty sure I'd told it to only give a point one time but I must have missed something

Sounds like you found everything though, and I'm so glad it inspired you to want to make another text adventure!!

Zork was something I'd studied while making this story and learning Inform 7!  I wanted to capture that feeling of it being something like from around those days, so I'm glad this could remind you of those!

Hehe, and no worries!  Perhaps one day I could remake this game in something easier to explore, I'd like for it to be possible to just click stuff rather than type everything.

Heck yeah, I'm glad I could showcase that little known ability for inform 7!  I had to do a lot of learning on the go during the month I had, so I was really excited when I got sound and images to work in time.  Thank you, I'm glad it blended well with keeping that theme strong!

Oh gosh, yes the dialogue and coin were some last minute things I added, so definitely some of the first stuff I would go back to and work on when I get the chance after the jam!

Glad it was fun, I love keeping the old-school stuff alive!

oh wow, I've never really experienced mech stories before, but heck, I feel like it made me a fan with this one!  That was a heck of a cool style to tell a story as well, you did great, I would love to see more some day!

yay, thank you so much!  Heck, I'm really happy knowing you liked my writing and the art style I chose for this!

heck yeah, I'm very happy to hear Gargoyle worked well for you!  Thank you, it means a lot to me knowing you enjoyed the experience!!

Oh!  If you try looking when you go to the second room, and the northern room, that should also display some images!  I couldn't figure out a way to have those display automatically in time for the jam, so it's easy to miss that!

And the chat with Yarrow is super specific, it requires you say something like "ask yarrow about greetings"!

Thank you so much, I'm really glad you enjoyed the story, and glad I stuck with it and finished my first game in the month we had, heck!

You're very welcome!  To be fair I did leave things a bit vague and unclear, you only know you have wings if you examine yourself, heck!

I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed, thank you for playing!!

oh!  You can just go north again past the north metal door, that ends the game!

thank you so much!!  I'm glad you enjoyed the first game I've finished, though heck, I hope I can make another game that might be a lot more clear and easier to reach the ending with!  I might try remaking this story in renpy or something, one day!

This was fun!  I liked the writing, and the color change for certain parts was really nice!  The pacing was fantastic, too!

hehe, if you try taking the coins when you go north later, there's a bit more explanation!  But I'm glad you can get through it now!

Oh!!  Did you pick up any coins?  If so, that might have been the cause of why you kept getting sent back, heck!

Downloading the .gblorb file will help give the proper experience!  Gargoyle is what I ended up using and worked for me and some folks I tested the game with, hopefully it'll work for you if you give that a shot!

Oh!!  Thank you for trying my game out!  If you try downloading the .gblorb file, it should run with images and the song I made to go along with it, and have the right text and background color

Oh no, how did you get stuck?

Oh goodness, I had to leave out a lot I wanted to include when I realized Inform 7 was a bit harder to work with than I was expecting.  Learning about conversations especially was a challenge to get down within the month I had to work with, so I only included a few topics the player can ask in my game.  It's also super specific about what the player says to understand things and give replies, so I had to make sure that was extra stuff for players who wanted to learn more about the world I built and not worth points or something unfair.

There's other places I had wanted to include as well to visit and do things, maybe I could learn how to make it so the player can fly through rooms without floors one day, but I just didn't have the time free to search for methods to do that.  I had wanted to do a lot more art and make another song or two as well, though that would have also been a bit more work searching for how to do things Inform 7 was never intended for to begin with, heck!

Unfortunately I also didn't have the time to make anything very horny in my game, though I might like to do that for a later version.  At least that's something I could work on when not so pressed for time making and releasing a game for the first time, heck it was a bit stressful but I got through it!
