Yeah I think you're right, though it makes it more difficult to jump on a diagonal. but maybe with the full air control that's a non-issue!

absolutely! If I work on this more there is so much I need to do!

Yeah, totally ran out of time to add more enemy types. polish animations or get item drops in. Thanks for playing!

You're right! I actually hit the install button this time and gave it a go!

(1 edit)

oh interesting, I don't have a main.pdz because it's written in C. :
edit: are you sure that was an error for my game?

I'm getting in v0.0.3

Update error: claw.lua:25: attempt to index a nil value (global 'playbox')
stack traceback:

getting a  error on boot!

Thanks for the feedback!

Could day 1 perhaps be the 9th, and move the "A" to the left of that calendar digit, so the "A" is near to the animation?

Oh fantastic Idea! I will 100% do this!

I had to open the crank... the system sound that occurs is very cheerful and I felt broke the mood a bit

Ah good point! I'm using C but I'm pretty sure there is a function to disable that noise.

This is excellent! Thank you so much for playing and I'm glad you got a few laughs out of it!

Neat! I think the animation loop is off by 1 frame. as when it moves it's still showing the full firework. I hope you learned a bunch!

Wow this is really cool! Really difficult. I only made it to Stage 7 before I took a break. There is a lot of detail here and it's clear this has been a passion project.  The first stage took me a really long time to beat. because I just didn't understand what to do.  I don't think I ever got a great feeling for how much upwards force I was giving based on my cranking. The little bar that fills on the fan moves quite quickly making it pretty hard to balance. The different color/ weight balloons were a cool twist and had me yell out "ooh that's cheeky!" haha Awesome work. I'm glad  you came back to this to start finishing it up.

This is really really cool! I don't really like the rotating direction symbols though. I disliked every edge except the bottom edge.  Getting a bonus move on the double beat feels absolutely awesome. Super impressive what you've managed to achieve in pulp!

Generation seems to work pretty well! I didn't find anything else to do with the currently submitted build.

Great work! My best score was 54. I ended up just spamming the B button while spinning the crank and that worked pretty well. A reason not to press the b button would be cool. There is a bit of an imbalance if multiple enemies come from the top or bottom of the screen because they don't have to move as many pixels to reach the player as the ones from the left and right. which can make them pretty hard to deal with! Really great progress! I hope you learned a bunch!

I couldn't get this to work on device. The crank didn't seem to do anything and when I pressed 'A' it just said "You were killed" and went back to the main menu. I tried a few times. Not sure 😅

From what I've seen in public toilets it's pretty accurate to real life lol

This is phenomenal :O

Thanks, A lot of things I ran out of time to do and it's missing a lot of polish.

Awesome work! my highscore was only like 20 but, it was pretty cool! I wish there was a way to get more bombs it often takes 2 of them to break through to another area. I also had an issue where I would fall through the bottom floor of the cave. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Gav! Yeah, our Jam games are pretty wacky and we really try to create those moments where you can't help but just chuckle.

Yeah this was a jam game made in a weekend. So we didn't have time to make more :)

Hmm interesting. What antivirus are you running out of curiosity? This is just a Unity3D build. So I can't imagine why it might have been flagged.

Oh bugger! I'll look into it! Thanks for letting us know.

Thanks for playing leafo! We're super happy you gave it a crack!

Thanks! We're glad you like it!

Thanks for playing. You would be correct. ;) (If you could edit your comment to hide that *spoiler* it would be much appreciated!) <3

That was great! Thanks for playing!

That was really good! Thanks for playing. We were thinking about what an expanded version would look/sound like for posterity sake. It could be very interesting indeed!

Haha great ending! Looks like you were in a bit of rush! Missed your orders in the briefcase!

Hey! Thanks for playing! Perhaps we need to hint the player towards the headphones more!

Nice work! In our new update we have changed a few things around and now have a proper win state.

Thanks for letting us know! This should be fixed now.

Thanks for leting us know! Hopefully this should be fixed now!

Hopefully this should be fixed now! Thanks for letting us know!

This should be fixed now, thanks for letting us know!

Hi Adam, I can't seem to reproduce this. Do you happen to have a Controller plugged in? The thumbstick might be sending movement inputs to the game.

haha nice. Yeah there is a few fixes coming in soon!

Nice work!

what's up mate?

Thanks!
