Amnesia, pining LIs, resourceful level-headed MC...ugh, I'm so glad I stumbled upon this trope-tastic goodness! I'm having so much fun replaying the game over and over again, shaping MC's character differently each time to see how it would play out. My current favorite is the socially awkward MC who is oblivious of Reed's interest in her, and thinks he's just being his flirty self. Sometimes I play as one who is also interested in him but is too scared to explore where it might go, because she doesn't want to risk their friendship. Other times still, I play as the callous MC to get all the angsty feels. In short, these variations (and more) are exactly what drew me to vn genre. This game has renewed my interest in it again.
