I extracted it with WinRAR. The extracted folder contains files like pyproject.tom, poetry.lock, run.bat, and main.py, but no  .exe.  Running run.bat gives the error "poetry is not accessable to the command". Is the download supposed to be source code, or is the Windows executable missing?

i have a windows laptop and it isnt letting me run it. if possible, can you give a way to download it on windows using .zip instead?
