im stuck trying to get into upper new ark i had to start over cause i got a new phone fawn decided to go hide in una but nothings working i bought the counterfeit passes and the ink pen but it just keeps saying that i need a reference or something like that the tattoo artist wont do anything either and just using the passes as is just gets me arrested
