It's an old Version of Unity that's the major issue if you use an older version there shouldn't be an issue however you can use it in the newer version but it will require a couple of fixes which unfortunately i do not have the time to do that.

If you of course adjust and modify it, It is fully free and your good to monetize it.

Yes! you can.

They do contain Rigging for animations. it can be used on unity with no problems.
