I wasn't, then I realized, it could be I did not have enough energy, because I was trying to talk to him after working at the casino. I just rested all day and I was able to go at midnight. 

Is anyone else having issues racing Black D? Every time I click on him to talk, nothing happens.

Thank you for replying. The quest says meet her at the grotto, but it does not show on the map. Maybe I just missed something. I will check again.

Can anyone explain how to reach the grotto at night? I do not see the option.
