What exactly is Wallace? I keep imagining a squirrel with a small tail

It won't let me download the plugin and I can't press choose I'm not sure if its because if that or something else but every time I press download nothing else pops up and theres no app am I screwed or stupid? 

Lowkey I'm so bored I'd read anything to feel something but it won't even let me download it for some reason? I have an Android but i can't download the Android version for some reason? 

Will we ever get like some kinda better understanding of that past relationship? I'm actually curious about it
