I have only just seen this I'm so sorry! So, this was inspired by my own experiences with bipolar disorder and the app I use to track my mood. I experience quite significant 'highs' and 'lows' in mood so I tracked them numerically for many years, from 'positive' to 'negative'

Hi all. I've been writing a micro-RPG for this Jam inspired by a work by Charles Sims called 'I am the Abyss and I am Light' (it's a great piece and really speaks to me). It is licensed under CC-BY-NC-ND 3.0 as it is a British work so not yet in public domain, as far as I can tell. My question is this: if I produce a free work (selecting 'no payments' in the dashboard), does that fall under 'non-commercial' reproduction, therefore allowing me to reproduce the painting in the document? If not, does mere inspiration from the work count enough to participate in this Jam?
Thanks,
Matt
