Place characters on the altar with pumpkin on them, then... You know what you should do. Experiment and try different combinations, it will lead you to unlocking secret characters.
Rifle magazine uses the ID "riflemagazine", pistol magazine uses the ID "smallmagazine", and the ammo spawns with the ID "9mmround" and "12gauge".

As I understand it, the red blood bag is used for the terminal that requests human DNA. Sorry, but I haven't been able to confirm the theory yet.
