The game does not properly support other aspect ratios than 16:9 at the moment, see if you can force your screen to that

Yeah upgrading to instantly pick up would be a good mechanic.
Yeah gotta fix a bunch of stuff with the ai to make them better, and also being able to give them a specific resource to collect!
