Thanks for the feedback! I have an update coming post jam with slower bullets and bullet collision with buildings :)

No problem! I was trying to tongue the dragonfly things at the very start. Not sure if those are tongueable or not LOL.

I really like the concept! Unfortunately, the tongue mechanic seemed buggy and only worked half the time for me...even on the windows version. Otherwise, it's a really cool idea and I'm excited to see where it goes from here! Good wok :D

Thanks for the comment! I'll definitely add bullets colliding with buildings to the list for the post jam update :D

I absolutely love the concept that the game itself is unstable! The virus mechanic was a little bit difficult because you had to get rid of every last pixel of red but it wasn't unfair and was still fun! Great job :D

This is a cool game! The physics was quite interesting. I will say that movement controls were quite difficult, but that  might just be me having a skill issue LOL. Good work :D

Thank you so much for playing! I'm working on a balancing update for the end of the jam making the game easier and adding skippable dialogue :)

This is a very cool game! I absolutely love the soundtrack and overall aesthetic! I will say that having the game controlled by both mouse and keyboard while the menu is controlled by just keyboard wasn't very intuitive for me. I kept trying to play the game with just the keyboard ':). Once I figured it out though, it was a very fun experience! Amazing work :)

Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm glad you had a fun time playing :D

Thank you for the comment! I already have a balancing update coming post jam with slower bullets and a way to skip dialogue :D

I really like the art style! It was pretty cool needing to take cover and only come out when I saw an opening in the bullet patterns. My one suggestion is that the optimization needs a little bit of work. The game was a bit choppy and the 600 MB download size is pretty large. Otherwise, it's a fun game. Good work :D

Thank you so much for the kind words :D

I absolutely love everything about this game! The concept is absolutely genius! It's a great mix of strategy, shooter, and bullet hell! Amazing work :D

I like the concept! The reflection mechanic is very interesting. I will say I did find it hard to understand what was happening at first, even after reading the game page. Other than that, however, it's a great concept and I'm excited to see where this game goes from here! Good work :)

Thanks for the feedback! I already have a balancing update in the works for when the jam ends which should make the game a lot easier :)

Thank you so much for the comment! I'm already working on a balancing update for when the jam ends :)

I love a classic shmup like this one. Super polished, fun to play, and satisfying SFX! Amazing work :D

Thank you so much for the kind words! This comment made my day!

I love the idea of making the player choose how glitchy the screen is in exchange for more power! I do think a little bit more leeway to be able to upgrade more would be nice, but that also might just be me having a skill issue. Otherwise, this is a very fun game! Awesome job :D

I really like the visuals and polish on this game! The concept is also very cool! I did see it mention that the statues shot to a rhythm but it was kind of hard to tell. Maybe that's just my lack of musical talent talking though LOL! Either way, it's a really beautiful game! Great work :D

Thank you for the kind words and feedback! I have a balancing update planned for when the jam ends in which bullets are slowed down :D

I absolutely love the art! A few bits of text were too small to read, but that's not a big problem. Other than that it's a really fun game! Great work :D

Thanks for the comment! I wanted to add more variety to the house sprites, but you know how it goes ':D

No problem. I don't think it's performance issues because the other computer it did work on was lower end than the one I tried originally. The game STILL doesn't seem to work on the original computer as well. I'm just as confused as you are!

I loved the art style and bloom! Destroying the crystals was also very satisfying! Overall, it's a great game! Good work :D

I really like the art style & worldbuilding! I do think it's a little unfair that the player can only shoot in 8 directions while the enemies can shoot anywhere they want (as far as I could tell). It made the game very difficult. Still, it's a solid game and I look forward to seeing it progress! Nice work :)

Cute, charming, and chaotic! Loved every second of it. My one note is that it's a little easy to lose the player between all the enemies of the same color. Otherwise, it was quite fun! Good job :D

No problem! When referring to inverted movement, I mean when I press down on my keyboard, the player moves up,  pressing up moves the player down, left moves right, and right moves left. Some players prefer it that way, I do not ;)

As a game dev who also loves photography and stop motion animation, this is truly a one of a kind game! I don't know why I've never never seen a game with photographs as sprites! As for the actual game, it was very funny and enjoyable. My one complaint is that the movement is inverted. Otherwise, it was awesome! Good job :D

I love the art and visual effects! It was a little difficult to tell if the dash was on cooldown so perhaps a little indicator on screen would be nice. Also, it seems the downloads aren't working on the itch app. It says there's no compatible downloads for any device (I tried both Windows and Mac). Not a big problem as I could still download from my browser. Otherwise, it's a really fun game and I'm excited to see where it goes from here! Great work :D

Such a fun little shmup! The game lacks a bit in sound effects but it's crazy impressive that this was made in a self-made engine that was ALSO made during the jam! Amazing work :)

This is a very good game! I like the visuals and concept. My one complaint is that the scream when you get shot is a little bit annoying. Otherwise, it's an amazing game! Great job :)

I love the music and overall vibe of the game! The color changing mechanic is pretty smart too! Nice job :)

I love the funny concept and design! I will say, the game wasn't very intuitive so I found it difficult to understand what was happening. I also encountered a bug where if I continued walking into an obstacle, I would fall through the ground. Otherwise, it's a very funny game and I look forward to seeing where it goes from here! Good job :D

Thanks so much for playing! I agree that a way to skip dialogue would be smart. I'll implement it once the rating period is over!

Thank you for the feedback! I already have plans for a balancing update post jam which should give the player a bit more leeway :)

Thank you :)

Thank you! Glad you had a good time :D

This was a very fun little game! I loved the concept of making the player only move a certain amount before needing to stop. Nice job :)

This is probably the best take on the theme I've seen so far! The concept was really good and well executed! The visuals and audio were also amazing! Amazing work :D
