I'm stuck on the beginning screen, what am I supposed to do?

I can't click on the tiles for some reason?

Went in expecting a very different game than what I got.

Not necessarily a bad game, just that it controls like a drunk guy wearing a blindfold, but I guess that's kind of the point.

I know it should work because it actually does... only 50% of the time though, this is with the exact same inputs timed the exact same. Downloading the newest patch helped a little, but it's still causing problems. If there's any way to fix this I would kindly appreciate it.

For reference I'm using windows with a keyboard.
I don't see anyone else having the same issue, so it seems to only be on my end.

Game play is ok, but the plot is very rough around the edges. "Author" doesn't acknowledge you can die in video games and still progress, despite being aware Barry is in one. The twist of the narrator doesn't make much sense, considering we really didn't interact with her very long. If there was supposed to be some scheme I don't know what it is?

Also I don't know if this is intentional, but the red bars are... just there for some reason? (seriously why do they exist?).

Again, I will say that the game play is a 9/10, so it definitely isn't bad. It just needs more polish I guess.

It was a fun game and I'll definitely play it again sometime!

I don't know much about this game, but from what it looks like it seems to be a demo, so if you ever plan for a bigger release, ill be following!

Bug report: The red guy's dialogue loops if we don't talk to the green guy first. [Despite their best wishes I forgot their name]. the chicken's hitbox is slightly bugged, jumping off of them sometimes kills you. If you are too close to the edge of their hitbox that can kill you too. The background has seams in full-screen. Exiting full screen can sometimes break the game.

I also fell through a platform one time. (edit: multiple times actually, at 48m, 180m, & 250m).

It's a cool game but one thing that really needs to be added is that in the original game if you duck after jumping you fall way faster, it would be a nice feature, especially if it speeds up.
