Hello, looking for some fine people to tell me everything that’s wrong with my game (or right). I’m approaching this first as a toy and second as a bare-bones simulation (which is not very presentable atm). I’d like some feedback on the toy, is it somewhat fun to interact with?

If you want to give it a try, thanks!

(The simulation is super undercooked. The initial goal was to play with different political/economical systems and explore how agenda-setting, preference of short-term benefits and pracical constraints shape politics. I don’t think I can pull this off convincingly, but we shall see.)

It doesn’t mean what you think it means, I think. It tries to say that if the villain was a monarch, it would be easy to replace them with something better. But it isn’t.

It’s a nice little game, but I don’t agree with the conclusion. I’m sure the POV depends heavily on the kind of capitalist system you live in, laissez-faire vs social democracy. As someone who lives in the latter, I think this is sufficient, but it hinges on solving the globalism problem (which might be unsolvable) and an educated public. If nations continue to compete with each other, it doesn’t matter if it’s a capitalist system or not, we’ll keep playing prisoner’s dilemma, I think. I’d also like to see the sequel to answer the question what we should do instead of capitalism.
